10 Things WWE Fans Need To Know About Chelsea Green

As aforementioned, Green worked for two years in Impact Wrestling. The evolving gimmick she played couldn't have started more differently than it ended.

When Chelsea first popped up on programming in 2016, she was a typical heel bitch character who rubbed her good looks in the faces of fans and used them to get what she wanted. The gold-digger guise was too stereotypical for Green, which is something she noted during the Afterbuzz interview.

She noticed fans weren't paying too much attention to her. Why should they? She was a cheap 'Mean Girls knock-off' who mixed elements of The Beautiful People with touches of Trish Stratus circa 2001 and other bitchy female villains. It was all a bit boring to her.

Just as Green was starting to yawn her way through the gimmick, she was given the chance to pitch something that'd alter the path of her career for good. That's when Chelsea showed her creative side and impressed Impact management.
