When Zack Ryder underwent an extreme makeover and split off on his own as a singles competitor, he was drafted to the ECW brand. There, it was decided, he could develop into a strong midcard performer. To add to his Long Island broski act, he was paired with the drop dead gorgeous Rosa, who was wallowing away without anything else better to do on the Tuesday night program. Together, they made a very good-looking group that could have gone on to accomplish great things in the revamped ECW, had it not been for inconsistent booking. Rather than recognizing potential and realizing the potential gold mine the company had on its hand, management was perfectly fine with splitting the act up and killing any part of that act that may possibly get over without their approval. It was far from the last time it would happen to Ryder. For Rosa, though, it was yet another managing gig that would have resulted in increased television exposure that was suddenly and inexplicably dropped.
