10 Things WWE Fans Want For Christmas In 2016

8. Worthy NXT Call-Ups

The Revival

Like they did with Enzo in 2016, WWE is sure to call-up additional NXT talents to compete on the main roster next year. Whether it's at the Royal Rumble, the night after WrestleMania, or the ever-consistent post-'Mania season of talent influx, certain developmental talents will be brought up to the main roster. While many are deserving, a few stand out above the rest.

The first is Samoa Joe. As a former two-time NXT Champion who has feuded with Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Finn Bálor, and Shinsuke Nakamura, there's little left for Joe to accomplish down in Orlando. He's overdue for a man roster call-up and fans can't wait to see it.

The Revival are two additional NXT superstars that have done it all and have been responsible for some of the greatest matches in NXT history. Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder's days in WWE are just around the corner and whichever brand receives this great tag team is in for a treat.

Finally, Shinsuke Nakamura is another superstar who isn't growing any younger competing exclusively for NXT. While his promotion may not come until the second half of 2017 if not later, fans are hoping to see the King Of Strong Style in WWE before long.
