10 Things WWE MUST Do Before 2024

5. Debut Jade Cargill

Anyone who watched even two minutes of her performances over on AEW programming could tell you that Jade Cargill is a megastar in the making. She's rough around the edges in-ring, but that won't be the case forever. Jade just needs some experience, and to work with WWE's best.

Management has already decreed that Cargill is a big enough deal to tout on TV whilst she's training at the Performance Center, so why wouldn't they believe she has what it takes to make a splash on Raw or SmackDown over the next few months? WWE shouldn't sit on someone like Jade forever.

There's no need to wait until the night after WrestleMania XL, put it that way. Cargill can showcase her obvious charisma on television whilst simultaneously sharpening her tools on the house show circuit against Rhea Ripley, Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, Asuka and more. Then, she'll be one step closer to marquee matches on pay-per-view.
