10 Things WWE MUST Do Before 2024

4. Book A World Title Switch On Raw

Creative will never have a better excuse to lobby for a World Heavyweight Title switch on Raw. Seth Rollins' ongoing back injury story makes him ripe for the pickings, and it's hardly like he's held the thing for a few weeks, or something. Seth has reigned supreme since late-May, and he'll enjoy another stint as champ in the future too.

Losing belts is inevitable, but framing those title switches around believable stories is essential. Shinsuke Nakamura has laid the ground work for rocking Rollins' confidence, so now someone else can strike and take his prize. This writer's choice would be current MITB holder Damian Priest.

His opportunistic (and cruel) ascent makes sense.

This could happen any time before the end of 2023. Following it, Seth would be able to take a month or so off, be shown rehabbing, and then begin his slow climb back to success at 'Mania. What a story that'd be - one that'd make him even more of a big deal babyface.
