10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Paul Heyman

10. He Was In The Movie Rollerball (So Was Shane McMahon)

When the film Rollerball was released in 2002 it actually got a lot of attention at the time because it was a remake of the 1975 film. It's the old Hollywood thing where they like to do movies again for a different generation of fans. Sounds like a good idea, right? Not exactly. It's one of those movies that a lot of people didn't see, but I remember catching it on a cable channel years ago. The movie's really bad although Heyman did a great job at being an over the top announcer. Also in the movie in a cameo role? Shane McMahon. There likely was some sort of deal with WWE although once again it's not one of those films that anybody should be proud of. The film did poorly. It had a reported budget of $70 million and did about $26 million at the box office. Needless to say, Rollerball is a film that everybody wants to forget.
