10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Aleister Black

4. They “Killed” Him On Pay-Per-View

Wrestling fans might just sit up and say, 'Hey, remember that time Baron Corbin chucked Rey Mysterio and Aleister Black off the top of WWE HQ?' someday. Don't expect the company itself to talk about this much, if at all. This is the same group who booked certain death and an eye loss for Rey during the same summer, but neither is acknowledged, after all.

Plus, again, Black isn't a WWE talent any longer. That makes it impossible to think that someone like Michael Cole or Corey Graves would talk about Corbin's murderous ways at Money In The Bank 2020 during the build towards this year's pay-per-view. Maybe they would've mentioned it in passing had Black re-signed.

He didn't, so they won't.

The fanbase never forgets though. Someone out there will always remember that Aleister Black was "killed" (he and Rey actually landed on a purpose-built platform several feet below the rooftop area) on live pay-per-view just last summer.
