10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About WrestleMania 35

10. Hulk Hogan Getting The Venue Wrong (Again)

The wrestling world remains divided on WWE's decision to throw down the welcome mats and bring Hulk Hogan back into the promotional sphere. His return is without doubt one of the most controversial ever, not least because he hasn't properly apologised for making racist comments years ago.

Will he ever be totally forgiven? Maybe/maybe not, but we do know one thing: Hogan will never learn a venue's proper name.

At WrestleMania XXX, the red and yellow icon famously called the Mercedes-Benz Superdome the "Silverdome". That was forgivable, almost charming in a way. The same can't be said for his baffling botch at 'Mania 35. There, Hulk welcomed everyone to the "MetLife Center". Oh brother, brother.

On a show as tightly-controlled as WrestleMania, this kind of mistake must be an ongoing nuisance to WWE. They want 'Mania to be flawless, not a show opened by an ageing, Marmite-like legend who point blank refuses to do some simple homework.
