10 Things You Didn't Know About Sheamus

5. He Was A Choir Boy

Beneath the rough exterior of the Celtic Warrior, a badass Irishman who has a knack for Brogue Kicking opponents with little regard for their well being, is...a choir boy? As a child, Sheamus performed with the Palestrina Choir, a fact unearthed during an interview with Ed Power of Independent.ie. His stint as a singer would land him on the "Late, Late Toy Show," giving him even the slightest taste of what it meant to perform on television. Unbeknownst to him and his family at the time, his experience would help him gain confidence in front of cameras and large audiences of people. There is no telling how good, or bad, he was or if he even remembers. What is funny, though, is the idea of a 250-pound man who has vanquished the biggest, baddest stars in the industry in some truly gruelling and violent matches, standing on stage and belting out a high-pitched tune as a young boy.
