Triple H holds the record for the most wins - four - in the Elimination Chamber, but mostly because some of the early editions were buried deep in his "Reign Of Terror" and late-2000s WWE Title years.

Hunter controversially outlasted Bill Goldberg in 2003 and abused Batista's loyalty in 2005 during divisive World Heavyweight Championship runs, and went back-to-back in 2008 and 2009 for a WWE Title shot and the belt itself respectively.

It's perhaps not surprising, given that the Elimination Chamber was Paul Levesque's idea in real life. Although Eric Bischoff (the RAW General Manager at the time) introduced it to WWE television in late 2002 and claimed credit for it, Levesque was the true brains behind the concept. More on all of that later, but away from the reality of how the gimmick came to be, the kayfabe crown still belongs to 'The King Of Kings'.

There's another Chamber record he couldn't lay his hands on though, and it's held by one of his biggest professional rivals...
