Of all the many premature wrestling deaths, Eddie Guerrero's ranks up there among the saddest.

His passing in 2005 at the age of just 38 shook the wrestling world to its core and left fans feeling like they'd been robbed of many more years of amazing memories and moments.

Guerrero's Hall of Fame legacy was cemented when he captured his first and only world championship at No Way Out 2004.

Brock Lesnar was the dominant WWE Champion going into the show and Eddie was firmly the underdog. But Eddie had two things that Brock didn't have - a will to cheat and a Goldberg.

Eddie's usual mixture of lying and stealing got him close to victory on numerous occasions, but it was interference from Bill (whom Lesnar had eliminated from the Royal Rumble) that allowed Eddie to hit one final Frog Splash and pin The Next Big Thing to capture the gold.

Eddie picking up the win led to his match with Kurt Angle at WrestleMania XX and that iconic, yet tragic closing shot of him and Chris Benoit holding their dual world titles aloft.

It is a moment tinged with sadness, but watching Eddie hold the world title up high still brings back special memories for many fans.
