8. Triple H Marries Stephanie McMahon (For Fake)

In 1999, Triple H had no chill. In storyline, Stephanie McMahon fell madly in love with Test and they were engaged to be married. At some point while her brother Shane and his ne'er-do-well posse of friends were jealously attempting to end Test's career before the wedding, she was whacked in the head via an errant toss of a wastebasket by the British Bulldog. Due to this, Steph lost her memory and fell out of love with Test. Stephanie then regained her memory, and the wedding was back on. On the night of the wedding, when the minister asked if anyone had an objection to the wedding, out walks Triple H, who at that point was in the throes of a feud with Stephanie's father Mr. McMahon. Triple H then proceeds to show video footage from Stephanie's bachelorette party that involves him, unbeknownst to her, slipping a roofie into her drink. Stephanie drinks said drink, passes out, is abducted by Triple H, taken to a drive-thru wedding chapel where Triple H speaks for the unconscious Steph, and the two-some become married. Crushing one man's hopes, killing another man's dreams and intentionally ruining a woman's life in one fell swoop? Amazing.
