10 Times Wrestlers No-Sold Killer Moves
1. Ultimate Warrior No-Sells The Pedigree
Following a widely-publicized exit from the WWF amidst the 1992 steroid trial, The Ultimate Warrior returned to the company four years later to challenge the then-undefeated Hunter Hearst Helmsley to a match at WrestleMania XII. Now, it's unclear what exactly Vince McMahon's plans were for Warrior upon his return, but in retrospect, this was an especially-bad look.
Honestly, explaining this match will probably take longer than the match itself did, because Warrior would squash the bright-eyed and bushy-tailed Cerebral Assassin in less than two minutes. Few people recall how Warrior won the match; they only seem to remember the first thirty seconds, which saw Triple H deliver a Pedigree to Warrior, who instantly rose to his feet upon taking the move.
Whether this was part of The Game's punishment for his involvement in the infamous "Curtain Call" incident or if was Warrior once again going into business for himself is yet to be seen, though it very easily could be both. Either way, talk about a disappointing WrestleMania debut for the budding superstar.
Thankfully, Haitch was not added to the lengthy laundry list of careers ruined by The Ultimate Warrior, but it's hard to deny that this no-sell spearheaded those long couple of months of him being treated like a punchline.
