Need something crazier? Here you go.

Older workers can often be heard saying things like, 'The business has changed'. If they're The Undertaker, then they're referring to workers playing video games instead of cards backstage. If they're older than that, then they're likely talking about the fact that nobody gets acid thrown in their face anymore.

Imagine that.

Freddie Blassie suffered it, and it wasn't an isolated incident. The 'Classy' legend was also stabbed a reported 21 times throughout his career, and was attacked regularly with punches and kicks. The aforementioned acid drama nearly blinded him permanently too, which is downright scary to think about.

Blassie was so hated as a heel that people were willing to smuggle f*cking acid into the arena, wait on an opportune moment to strike and then hurl it at him like The Joker trying to maim Batman. Also, being stabbed 21 times? That's insane.
