Wrestling matches showcase tremendous feats of strength, athleticism, and technical in-ring prowess - depending on the in-ring style of the wrestlers working the contests. However, even performers like John Bradshaw Layfield and Trish Stratus couldn't save this tag team match from turning into a complete botch-fest, thanks to one Jackie Gayda.

The fans had little to no interest in the match from the outset, and it only went further south once Nowinski tagged in Jackie Gayda. Stratus and Gayda started things off with clotheslines and dropkicks, which was a decent start - but then came the barrage of botches that made everyone want to turn off their TVs.

It was the longest three-and-a-half minutes anyone had to endure, and mid-way into the match, Bradshaw chased Nowinski into the crowd, leaving the women to finish things off. The final moments saw Stratus perched on the second turnbuckle and waiting for Gayda to get into position so she could hit her Bulldog finisher.

It took Gayda several seconds to get into position, and when Stratus leaped to execute the move, Gayda stood there like a pillar and took ages to sell the move before doing an awkward collapse. Stratus got the pin, and even Jim Ross, on commentary, exclaimed, "And Mercifully, it's over," speaking for those in attendance and the millions watching from home.
