10 Times WWE Blew Their One Big Shot

6. Damien Mizdow's Pale Imitation Of A Babyface Turn

WWE did Damien Sandow dirty in 2015.

Not because he should have been at the very very top of the card as his Impact debut confidence suggested, nor even because a fall-out with The Miz should have garnered a place on WrestleMania 31's main card. But the grand payoff and turn of the stuntman on his 'A-List' boss should have at least earmarked the start of a proper push.

There was a deliberately lame quality to how they finally imploded in the pre-show Andre The Giant Battle Royal. Robbed of the dramatic tension a moment like that should have had, it was then rendered moot when brand new free spirit face Sandow got dumped out of the match by winner The Big Show.

The Big Show was something the company never saw for the former 'Intellectual Saviour Of The Masses', but it was inexcusable to at least not try when an opportunity had been very clearly worked for.
