10 Times WWE Completely Misunderstood Sexuality

4. Hot Lesbian Action

The contrast to Billy and Chuck's nuptials played out on Monday Night Raw, seemingly in a typically literal effort to place air between the brands as warring General Managers Eric Bischoff and Stephanie McMahon battled for supremacy under the watchful eye of overlord Vince.

In real life, 'Easy E' was no longer anything other than a television persona under the employ of his former foe, which unfortunately meant he was a lamb to the slaughter when it came to coping with McMahon's whimsical worst. Booked as a rent-a-sleaze for his first few months, Bischoff dripped with repugnant insincerity as an administrator, authority figure and a man. Made the front-of-house face for one of the worst periods in the show's history, Eric was unfortunately a conduit for some of the company's crudest creations.

'Hot Lesbian Action' was perhaps the most notorious.

Pandering to the pavlovian growls of the post-Attitude Era crowd, he promised and delivered two women prepared to strip down to bikinis and kiss in a segment teased all night by the uncontrollably aroused Jerry Lawler. As the merchandise team got to work drafting a line of hideously distasteful t-shirts, the poor ladies hired for the demeaning skit were spared of any further sexual activity in order to take an absolute mauling from Bischoff's new heavies.

In one of the most uncomfortable cases of man-on-women violence in company history, the women were obliterated by the reckless 3 Minute Warning unit.
