Jeff Hardy Randy Orton
WWE.com

If Randy Orton's Extreme Rules heel turn on Jeff Hardy was sinister for how understated it was, his follow-up assault was calibrated to project just how vile and vicious 'The Viper' can still be.

Decking 'The Charismatic Enigma' following a hard-hitting battle with new United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura, Orton went beyond his usual slithering strikes by jamming his finger through Hardy's gauge piercing and pulling back his ear lobe until it very noticeably tugged at the skin on his face.

Even to those with a strong disposition, the assault was a hard watch, but it was made more brutal by the evil nothings Orton screamed down Hardy's lug as he wrenched back.

It was as strong for the feud psychologically as it was physically too. There mere thought of the attack was where the true power lay. What sick mind could concoct such an ugly idea? The slow slide through the the hole and the hook-fingered pull was executed with hideous proficiency
