10 UFC Stars Who Have Destroyed The Most Legends
3. Vitor Belfort
You've seen his name pop up a few times on this list already, so it's probably about time to talk about why Vitor Belfort ranks as such a notable notch on the belts of those men who were up to the task of beating him.
Even though he has plied his trade in promotions like PRIDE and Cage Rage, it's in the UFC that Belfort actually made a name for himself by obliterating his contemporaries.
The former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion didn't waste time in putting away fighters that would go on to become legends of the game and his wins over Wanderlei Silva and Randy Couture - in the early days of the company - demonstrated this.
As time went on, Belfort would hop around companies, but he eventually returned to the UFC to claim important wins over Rich Franklin, Anthony Johnson, Michael Bisping and Dan Henderson.
He's now currently signed to ONE Championship, but one of the Octagon's top finishers - being tied second in the history books with 14 - will always be remembered for his mercilessness when faced with some of the outright greatest to ever call themselves Mixed Martial Artists.
