10 Undertaker WWE Dream Matches That Would Have Ruled

5. Eddie Guerrero

Eddie and Undertaker were two of Smackdown's biggest stars between 2002 and Eddie's death in 2005. Despite sharing the same locker room for all of that time, the two never got to wrestle each other in a singles match. They did get to briefly work with each other in a couple of multi-man scenarios, including a fatal four way WWE Championship match at Armageddon 2004 (also featuring Booker T and JBL). Their exchanges were the highlight of the match and displayed an instant and unique chemistry. When Eddie turned heel in 2005, many hoped that a main event programme with The Undertaker would follow. Eddie and 'Taker did have a couple of main events in August 2005 but, unfortunately, they were on house shows held before small crowds. According to former WWE writer Court Bauer, the house show matches got great reviews (one match saw Eddie spend the whole match trying to remove Undertaker's eye) and the Smackdown writing tream wanted to run with an Undertaker/Eddie programme in the winter of 2005 but Vince turned down the idea because he was concerned about the size difference.
