10 Undertaker WWE Dream Matches We'll Never See

2. 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt

The Undertaker has faced Bray Wyatt before, but never like this.

'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt is the obvious heir apparent to the mantle of WWE's residential supernatural character. The pair have faced off before, most notably at WrestleMania 31, long before the existence of 'The Fiend' persona. A match between these two distinct personalities would have presented a true passing of the torch moment, from one generation to the next.

While it would have been unlikely to be a five-star classic, the sheer drama and in-ring psychology would have been surely superb. In the ring, 'The Fiend' would have authentically been able to put down 'The Deadman' emphatically. Outside of the ring, during the build-up, Bray Wyatt and 'The Fiend' entity would have provided incredible chances to outwit The Undertaker, and beat him at his own tactic using mind games.

With 'The Fiend' having been unveiled to the WWE Universe in 2019, it was unlikely this match was ever going to happen. Perhaps it's better this hasn't taken place, but it cannot be denied this is a mouth-watering dream match for many wrestling fans out there. A clever way to circumvent 'The Phenom's' declined in-ring ability would have been to craft a cinematic match, just like the much-vaunted Boneyard and Firefly Funhouse matches from WrestleMania 36. Both men's supernatural-infused gimmicks would have suited this perfectly.
