Man, imagine if we had gotten this match on Raw for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. Fans might actually care about the title.

Akira Tozawa and Buddy Murphy had a barnburner of a match Monday night, going at each other at 100 kph with high-impact, signature spots. It looked like Tozawa was going to be little more than a jobber fed to the bigger Murphy, but in his first Raw match, Akira hit Buddy with everything in his arsenal.

The fast-paced match ended suddenly with a Murphy’s Law, allowing The Best-Kept Secret to continue his winning ways. Afterward, he had a tense staredown with Aleister Black.

That could be a hell of a hard-hitting feud.
