Both Vader and Brock Lesnar worked long matches after having suffered serious injuries, which is a testament to both mens incredible strength and toughness. In February 1990, Vader suffered one of the most cringe-worthy injuries ever recorded on video. During a match with Stan Hansen, one of the stiffest wrestlers in history, Hansen accidentally poked Vaders right eye with his thumb, causing his eyeball to come out of its socket. You read that right; Vaders eye was hanging out of its socket during a match. So what did Vader do? He took off his mask, pushed his eye back into place, and held it in place with his eyelid, and continued the match. If that doesnt say commitment to wrestling, nothing does. In Brocks case, his most infamous mistake was when he botched a Shooting Star Press at WrestleMania XIX, and landed awkwardly on his head. There were initial concerns that he mightve broken his neck, but in reality, he managed to only suffer a concussion. For a normal man, this wouldve been a match-ending, or possibly even a career-ending injury. But Lesnar, being the Beast that he is/was, he managed to work through the pain and finish his match with Kurt Angle, and win the WWE Championship.
