4. Less Emphasis On Former WWE Wrestlers

Ironic, considering the earlier idea of bringing former WWE announcer Jim Ross in to handle play-by-play duties, and also ironic, considering the previous entry about bringing in wrestlers from other promotions in other countries, but it's the truth... TNA often finds themselves pushing former WWE wrestlers too much, and usually hurting their own talent in the process. Perhaps the company should change their plans for WWE guys. Going after the older names? Not so much. Going after the younger castoffs, such as EC3? That could work, because at least it's still building for the future. If a younger worker gets released by WWE, TNA should do their due diligence and look into possibly bringing him in, but only if he can actually help the company, not just because he used to be on Raw every now and then. TNA fans want to see "their" guys get to the top. The biggest reactions that you'll see from TNA fans through the years are for title wins from the likes of Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Bobby Roode, Eric Young, and so on. These are very loyal fans who have stuck around through a lot of nonsense, and it's good to reward them for that loyalty. While we're on the subject of the fans...
