10 Ways TNA Impact Wrestling Can Improve In 2015

5. Bring In International Talent

Going outside of America for your talent pool is always a good idea for a wrestling promotion. For TNA, they need to look no further than what NXT is currently doing. NXT has a huge star from Japan (Hideo Itami), someone from Ireland who became a huge star in Japan (Finn Bálor), two people from Canada who became huge names on the American independent scene (Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens), a huge star from England (Adrian Neville), a huge star from Mexico (Kalisto) and so on. There is a lot of international flavor when you watch NXT, and that's not even counting people like Sheamus, Cesaro and Bad News Barrett on the main roster. There's a wealth of international talent out there for TNA to reach out to. Japan, Mexico, and Europe seem to be firing on all cylinders, with countless workers that deserve more exposure. Even it means having to deal with "talent trades", where TNA takes Worker A and sends him to Mexico in return for Worker B for a couple months, while Worker C goes to Japan for a few months and Worker D is sent in return, it would be worth it for the company to broaden their horizons and to grab some additional headlines in other countries around the world.
