10 Ways To Save WrestleMania 31 After Royal Rumble Disaster
5. Call On The Big Names To Return
One thing that the Royal Rumble proved is how little WWE's creative team has to work with. The likes of Randy Orton and Sheamus are scheduled to return which will obviously help proceedings a great deal, but WWE could do with calling on a few big names to reengage a seemingly bewildered WWE Universe. Sting returned on last monday's Raw but it remains to be seen how many times he will been seen before Mania on March 29. It's all dependant on the deal himself and WWE came to, the more appearances he makes before his seemingly inevitable match against Triple H, the better. The Undertaker is another name that could do with making a few televised appearances. His stock will be as high as ever as he presumably looks to avenge that defeat to Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania XXXI. There aren't many more obvious names that WWE could call upon but The Rock's appearance at the Rumble could point to an involvement with Roman Reigns' ascension to the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. As things stand, the superstars that are available for WrestleMania XXXI are an uninspiring bunch on the whole, as the Rumble proved. Of course, we have February's Fast Lane PPV to contend with and a full two months of Raw and SmackDown, which means there is plenty of time for things to happen.
