10 Ways WWE Have Already Weakened Sting's Relevance

3. Where In The World Is Sting?

Whether or not it was a good decision to debut Sting in the manner that they did at Survivor Series, there€™s no denying he certainly made an impact. His arrival in WWE gained mainstream attention and sparked the interest of a lot of lapsed fans who maybe haven€™t watched since The Attitude Era. If those lapsed fans decided to tune in to the following Monday Night Raw, they wouldn€™t have seen Sting. If they stuck around from Survivor Series up until now, they€™d see the exact same number of appearances by Sting: zero. Reportedly, WWE have signed Sting to a limited appearances contract similar to that of Brock Lesnar, and it states that he will appear on WWE TV six times, including Survivor Series and assumedly WrestleMania. While this is likely very lucrative for him, it€™s not the sort of schedule fans will enjoy and it may end up with the WWE Universe turning against Sting. With the Royal Rumble approaching, the Road To WrestleMania isn€™t far behind, with the big event scheduled for March 29th. Sting has four appearances to utilise between then, let€™s hope that WWE spend them wisely.
