10 WCW Moments That Weren’t Supposed To Happen

10. Sid's Leg

Apologies for starting off with something so torturous, but it's for the best to get this one out of the way lest anyone lose their lunch and curse seeing that dangling limb yet again. What happened to poor Sid, 'Sycho' or otherwise, at WCW's Sin 2001 pay-per-view was painfully brutal.

His leg crumpled beneath his weight like dust.

During a main event four-way match for the World Title, Sid leapt from the middle rope to hit Scott Steiner with a pump kick. When he landed, his leg gave way, broke horribly and left him squirming around on the canvas. Only masochists have purposely revisited video footage of this accident.

Photos are bad enough. It's grim to look back on such a moment almost 20 years on, and it's even more disturbing to see that Steiner's valet Midajah didn't give a flying f*ck about Sid's shattered appendage. Seriously, she barely even flinched.
