10 WCW Stars That WWE Ruined

9. Eric Bischoff

There are so many glaring issues with the WCW Invasion angle that we've never been able to keep them all in anything approaching a Top 10, but one of the most glaringly obvious was the total absence of this fine fellow. Bischoff was the maniacal face behind WCW's proud determination to dethrone WWE as the biggest wrestling company in the world, and his lack of involvement with the Invasion was keenly felt (especially given that WCW somehow ended up being represented by, um, Shane McMahon).

When he did finally make it to the WWE, he made a decent Raw General Manager, but he was far too often made to be little more than a lacky/plaything for Vince McMahon, and increasingly had his authority undermined as a result. His feud with Stone Cold Steve Austin made for great TV, but his exit from the company - symbolised all too tellingly by him getting dumped into a garbage truck - left much to be desired, and many were left wondering what could have been.
