And speaking of Tribute to the Troops, in December 2010, WWE was entertaining the troops in Fort Hood, Texas, when Major General William Grimsley declared an open challenge for anyone who dared face him.

The contest? Arm wrestling.

The Big Red Machine Kane answered the challenge, and the intrepid major faced off with the former world heavyweight champion. After a back-and-forth battle, the major appeared to be headed for defeat.

Thankfully, salvation for the American soldier soon appeared... in the form of a Canadian in a flak jacket.

Edge charged the ring, speared Kane, and saved the day. (I suppose Major General Grimsley won when Kane let go and turned his attention to Edge. It wasn't really explained why they were celebrating.)
