10 Wildest Spots In The History Of The WWE Money In The Bank Match

7. An Uppercut To Remember

Hot take incoming - Cesaro is underrated. So hot!

The Swiss Superman currently finds himself in his own Fortress of Solitude on Monday Night Raw, only instead of The Justice League, he shares that Fortress with the likes of Mojo Rawley, Apollo Crews, and The Ascension.

Rewind to three years ago and Cesaro was on an absolute hot streak. He'd returned the night after WrestleMania 32 and was placed straight into an Intercontinental Championship feud with The Miz. He'd reminded everyone just how good a wrestler he was and continued this trend at Money In The Bank.

One of the strongest ladder matches in recent years, 2016's bout had plenty of incredible moments, but few came close to Cesaro's insane uppercut onto Kevin Owens.

Owens had just pulled Alberto Del Rio down from the ladder and was looking to do the same to Cesaro. However, before the Canadian could put his plan into action, Cesaro leapt off the third rung of the ladder, landed on the second rope, and then jumped off backwards to deliver a springboard corkscrew uppercut to KO.

There are few wrestlers alive today who could have pulled this move off with the accuracy and flair that Cesaro did. WWE fans will be glad they tuned into Money In The Bank in 2016 for this moment alone.
