10 Winners And Losers From WWE Elimination Chamber 2018

8. Loser: Mandy Rose

It was a little interesting to see Absolution eliminated so early from Sunday's historic first women's Elimination Chamber match. Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville were the first and second Superstars sent packing, ending a run that saw them wreak havoc on both Bayley and Sasha Banks early in the bout.

Most interesting was Rose's elimination.

Since the group's arrival, Rose has been spotlighted. She has been given the most ring time in tag team matches and has been talked up heavily by commentators, particularly Corey Graves, who appears to have transferred him infatuation for the released Eva Marie to the golden-haired Tough Enough alum.

Yet here she was, in another high-profile match, and she was eliminated first. Worst of all, she was treated as an afterthought, sent packing by The Boss.

Rose has the look and in-ring presence to achieve a great deal of success in WWE but it is not good for her long-term credibility to have her portrayed as the weak link of a team. Fans will discredit her and when she finally wins a big match, it will feel almost like a fluke compared to a deserved victory.
