10 Worst WrestleMania Endings Ever

10. WrestleMania 18 - Triple H's "Inspiring" Return To The Top

This match exists as a counterpoint to the argument that the WWE Championship match should always be the main event at WrestleMania. The amazing dream-encounter between Rock and Hogan deserved to headline the show; fans were instead given a completely unremarkable encounter between Triple H (having recently returned from injury to win the Royal Rumble) and Undisputed Champion Chris Jericho, a bout which - title change aside - felt like the main event of Raw. Triple H's massive babyface push had begun to lose momentum, fans not reacting with the greatest enthusiasm to an overblown divorce angle with Stephanie, and - despite a raucously received initial return - struggled to accept the natural dominant heel as a conquering WrestleMania champion.
