At Survivor Series 2015, Roman Reigns finally won his first world championship to rapturous applause.

Half of that sentence is true.

This reign lasted a little over five minutes, though, before Mr. Money in the Bank Sheamus spoiled the party. He cashed in the briefcase to kickstart his third WWE title reign and leave the Big Dog crying amongst the scattered confetti.

Watching Sheamus as WWE Champion was like watching a turkey get fattened up ahead of Christmas.

Everyone knew that the Irishman was being primed to drop the belt back to Reigns at some point. The two had a pretty decent match at TLC before the title was returned to the chosen one after just 22 days. Sheamus was definitely a victim of circumstance, but that doesn't change how bad this reign was. It didn't help that it saw the formation of his League of Nations stable, who made the J.O.B Squad look like the N.W.O

Fair play to the guy for taking one last chance to become world champion, but it was only ever going to go one way.
