1. Shane McMahon

Shane-O-Mac's days of shining in remarkably violent stunt-show brawls appear to be over. These days, WWE have something different in mind for him. Ladies and gents, 2018 is the year during which the company promoted Shane McMahon: solid pro wrestler.

It was more than a bit cringeworthy.

Shane is spitting on memories of his classic spot-fests against Big Show, Kurt Angle, his father, Kane and more with every match he has in this current run. His strikes make a mockery of his opponents (who must find it difficult to sell blows that, y'know, don't touch them), and it's unrealistic that he's mixing it with the best and smashing jobbers weekly.

The cherry on top of the sh*t sundae came when WWE boldly booked Shane to win the 2018 World Cup at Crown Jewel then pose with the trophy on SmackDown as though he'd just come in first at a school sports day. As if that wasn't bad enough, The Miz is now pursuing a team with McMahon like he's a wrestling machine.

Who would you classify as the worst WWE wrestlers of 2018, and why? Let us know down in the comments section below!
