Without getting too soap box-y for the sake of it, something needs said: People need to remember that wrestling is a work, and even some things with real-life edge can be turned into good business. Just look at Drew McIntyre's feud with CM Punk or Punk's issues with Seth Rollins for proof of that. It seems select fans have forgotten what everyone's trying to do here. Make money!

There's been a ton of chatter surrounding Drew McIntyre being ticked off by his elimination during the Rumble last Saturday. LA Knight and Logan Paul appeared to get in the way of Drew and Damian Priest as they worked McIntyre's exit, and social streams blew up with suggestions the Scot is legit angry about the way things went down. Maybe he is, maybe he isn't, but Drew is smart enough to make this work in his favour.

It might well be true that he wanted a bigger 'Mania spot than working with Priest at 41. Damian likely feels the same after the brilliant 2024 he had, but these guys are professionals who will bang heads to come up with something special. Priest going nose to nose with the likes of Jacob Fatu and McIntyre in money midcard matches is hardly crap, let's be honest.

Imagine the conflicted feel Drew would have if a former Bloodline member like Fatu helped him beat Priest on the grand stage. That'd be a compelling promo on TV afterwards!

Sometimes, all WWE needs to do is put two big bulls in the ring, give them 15-20 minutes and watch them go to work. This is one of those times.
