10 WrestleMania Statistics WWE Don’t Want You To Know

Dolph Ziggler WrestleMania
WWE

At WrestleMania XXVII, the match between John Morrison, Trish Stratus, and Snooki and Dolph Ziggler and LayCool went 03:17.

On the same show, Big Show, Kane, Kofi Kingston and Santino Marella Vs. The Corre went 1:32.

The difference is 1:45. The match between veterans and loyal midcard fixtures ran for less than half the time of the match involving the celebrity. And it wasn't even a big or an adaptable or a marketable celebrity, either. It was Snooki.

Snooki, who on Jersey Shore once said to a 'JWoww' "If you leave, I'm gonna stuff your f*cking nose with tampons." That's essentially how horribly WWE treated Lita, but that's the only remote connection she shares with WWE. Boxing fans didn't become wrestling fans because Muhammad Ali refereed the main event of WrestleMania, but the legend lent the showcase a certain gravitas, a certain prestige. Snooki in contrast did a few backflips and reminded us all that investing in midcard talent was an absolute waste of f*cking time.

In addition, by wrestling for three minutes and 14 seconds, Snooki wrestled for three minutes and 14 seconds longer than the reigning, defending, undisputed WWE Divas Champion, Eve Torres.
