10 Wrestlers AEW Has Given Up On

4. Marko Stunt

According to Wrestling Observer chief Dave Meltzer, AEW may also be set to move on from pint-sized performer Marko Stunt. It felt like a hammer blow to his chances of securing another contract with All Elite when Stunt didn't show up to celebrate with new Tag-Team Champs (and his stablemates) Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus.

Marko was nowhere to be found after that title win.

Stunt himself recently tweeted out that he's applying for a gig on The Voice too. Does this mean that his pro wrestling career will be put on hold? Probably, and Meltzer believes that Tony Khan is letting Marko's contract run down rather than terminating it; "AEW is trying to be different from WWE".

Being brutally honest, Stunt's shelf life as an add-on to Jurassic Express had come and gone anyway. Christian Cage has been in the duo's corner for a while now, and he's a much more credible third wheel than Marko ever was. Not that Marko was meant to be credible.
