10 Wrestlers Even AEW Couldn’t Sign

Couldn't? Wouldn't? The point was, they didn't, and thank goodness for that.

Road Dogg has quickly found a home back in the thick of it in Triple H's WWE. As new Vice President Of Live Events (fittingly taking over the wrestler he once "roadied" for in Jeff Jarrett), he's likely got a voice in various important rooms and could well take up an advisory role on a creative level similar to the spot he had in NXT before he was caught by one of Nick Khan's spreadsheet Clear Alls in January 2022.

He was quick to get on the grifters podcast loop along with the likes of Booker T and Eric Bischoff following his cut, initially trying to play both sides before seemingly begging for a job by out-of-nowhere praising AEW, Tony Khan and just about everything else to do with the product. Mindful of some of the far worse things the former Tag Team Champion had said online in his time, Khan paid it no heed. And now, he won't need to.
