10 Wrestlers Fans Most Want To See In WWE's UK Tournament

3. Martin Kirby

Martin Kirby is high on life at the moment. WCPW’s season two finale, Loaded 18, saw Kirby usurp his rival Adam Pacitti as General Manager, and the company is completely under his control heading into 2017. Kirby’s first act as boss was to commission a month-long Christmas break for WCPW employees, and if anyone deserves it, it’s him.

Kirby’s star has gone through the roof this year. His first match with Will Ospreay was one of the best British wrestling matches of the year, and the follow-ups didn’t exactly disappoint either. Kirby emerged from the trilogy with a 1-2 record against the high-flying phenom, but he’s a regular highlight every time he appears, and the fans love him. Having successfully DELETED Pacitti Club with the help of Broken Matt Hardy, it’s hard to know what to expect next from Kirby, but it’ll probably be barmy.

A spot in WWE’s UK tournament would make for a great start to the year. Kirby is one of the most entertaining personalities in British wrestling, and someone capable of conforming to a number of different roles. Having worked on the indie circuit for over a decade now, Kirby is finally getting his due, and few wrestlers are more deserving of this opportunity.
