10 Wrestlers Next In Line To Win WWE Championship
6. Finn Bálor
Much like Kevin Owens, fans would have been forgiven for writing off Finn Bálor's chances of holding the WWE Championship. After becoming the first ever Universal Champion and relinquishing the title just 24 hours later back in 2016, the former Bullet Club leader has spent more time in the NXT Championship picture than chasing any heavyweight titles on the main roster.
The main difference between Finn and Kevin Owens is that the Prince has the power of The Judgement Day behind him. While the group has certainly taken a step back since Bálor has taken the reigns of the group, with the very talented Rhea Ripley and Damien Priest beside him, as well as the potential of adding more members, there is no telling the heights the group can reach.
Finn Bálor has reached the highest of highs in the WWE, winning the NXT, Universal, Intercontinental and United States Championships in his time in the company. While it is possible that the former Prince Devitt has peaked in his WWE career, it is more than possible to see the extraordinary man who can do extraordinary things one day hold the WWE Championship, much to the enjoyment of the WWE Universe.
