10 Wrestlers That WWE Are Failing Right Now

1. Otis

Otis' last three televised WWE matches have been as part of Heavy Machinery alongside Tucker and other partners (Braun Strowman and Big E). If you caught SmackDown every week over the summer, you'd have been forgiven for thinking the 'Workin' Man' and Money In The Bank winner would be doing more by now.

Nope.

Rather than having a follow-up feud ready to go that'd explain why Otis was the apple of everyone's eye earlier this year, WWE pushed him into the background during Mandy Rose vs. Sonya Deville and had exactly nothing else for him to do. His push has stalled, and no amount of MITB lunch boxes can mask WWE's failure here.

Otis is legitimately likeable, can go inside the ring and has bags of personality. He should be thriving, but he's not, and someone needs to explain why he's going backwards as 'Mr. MITB' rather than forwards. Ask yourself this: Does anyone really believe Otis could successfully cash in on Universal Champion Roman Reigns?

Says it all.
