10 Wrestlers Wasted In Their Current Promotions

10. Brodie Lee (AEW)

Put down the pitchforks!

Many breathed a sigh of relief when Luke Harper was finally released from WWE purgatory and became 'The Exalted One' in AEW. Renamed Brodie Lee, this big boy who can move seemed like he'd thrive away from Vince McMahon's whims. Has that really happened though? It's a worthy question.

Lee started with a bang, but he's stalled big time since losing a crack at Jon Moxley's AEW Title this past May. Recent developments involving Colt Cabana haven't exactly been must-see television either, and there's a sense that The Dark Order are more nWo B-team than they are The Shield; they're a second-rate faction, in other words.

Obviously, Brodie has a chance to pull the nose up here, and he has a better chance of doing that in AEW than he ever did in WWE. However, his potential feels a bit wasted right now, and there's nowhere near as much excitement surrounding him as there was just a few short months ago.
