10 Wrestlers Wasted In Their Current Promotions

4. Ricochet (WWE)

Poor Ricochet was judged by the most unfair system around. Despite earning nice reactions from live crowds (when those were a thing), slotting nicely into a high-flying superhero-esque role on Raw and having good-to-great matches against everyone, he was punished because he wasn't The Rock on the mic.

Who is?

Reports leaked late-last year that Vince McMahon was bored of his new toy and wanted to move away from pushing Ricochet. That was a death knell for his prospects on any show not-named NXT, and it's no shocker that he's been plonked into a going-nowhere tag-team with fellow straggler Cedric Alexander on Mondays.

Ricochet is supremely talented, can bump better than almost anyone in the entire pro wrestling world and deserves a second chance to knock his promo chops up to scratch. Demoting him for that and that alone was hardly reasonable.
