10 Wrestlers Who Desperately Need New Finishers

4. Cesaro

Current Finisher: Used to be the Neutraliser, but Cesaro has been making more use of the Sharpshooter over the past few years.

Why It Needs Changed: To his credit, Cesaro applies a bad-ass Sharpshooter. The problem is, that move will forever be associated with Bret Hart, and Natalya already does it on Raw. Her family ties to Bret make it more logical too. Cesaro, unfortunately, has to find something else.

His old Neutraliser isn't the answer. That's a gentle-looking bump, and it's barely as hard-hitting as the standard Scoop Slam. For someone who has legit technical skills and is stronger than most on the current roster, it sucks that Cesaro's two finishers are a modified Pedigree (without hooking the arms) and a famous submission fans will always link to someone else.

At this point, his uppercut strike would be a better shout as a finisher. Often, it looks amazing, and it has even more of a wow factor when opponents are thrown high up into the air before meeting the Swiss star's fist. That would do in the interim while he seeks another move to replace the Neutraliser.

As for the Sharpshooter, he should keep using it to link between spots, just not as his main hold.
