10 Wrestlers Who Have Unfinished Business With WWE Right Now

4. Samoa Joe

Samoa Joe doesn't really have anything to prove as a professional wrestler. Thanks to his exploits in ROH and TNA over the span of a decade, he's already cemented his legacy as one of the modern era's greatest workers.

But the same can't really be said about his WWE career, which - thanks to a series of injuries - has so far pretty stop-start. Just as it looks like he's building up some main roster momentum, he seems to get hurt again.

Joe now has a fresh start in the shape of a move over to SmackDown, and given how thin on the ground its roster now looks you would expect him - fitness permitting - to have a big role to play over the next 12 months.

Should he succeed - perhaps by winning the WWE Championship - then he will have proved himself beyond any doubt. Reaching the top of all three of America's top promotions, after all, is virtually unheard of.
