2. Juventud Guerrera

Juventud Guerrera’s gargantuan ego first became over-inflated during his time with WCW. He was a blight on the acclaimed Cruiserweight division, prone to becoming intoxicated and acting the fool. One such incident in Australia ended his run in 2000. He was reported as drunkenly running around a hotel lobby naked and screaming.

Despite this WWE gave Guerrera a shot in 2005 as a member of The Mexicools, alongside Super Crazy and Psicosis.

Guerrera soon became an irritant to his new colleagues who struggled to tolerate his mere presence. He often showed up late and had little concern for professionalism. His fellow Mexicools pleaded with WWE management to split the group, fearing their own careers would be ruined by association.

Guerrera drew further derision by carrying himself as if he was a major star, even claiming he was known as “The Rock of Mexico” in his homeland. In addition, and without any hint of irony, he would refer to himself in the third person and hid behind sunglasses.

Guerrera’s outlandish behaviour spilled into the ring during 3 January 2006 taping of SmackDown. When he learned he was to lose against Kid Cash, he removed big spots on the fly and sandbagged his opponent. The problematic Cruiserweight was promptly fired.
