10 Wrestlers Who Must Be Included In WWE Mae Young Classic 2
5. Aliyah
The first Mae Young Classic allowed currently signed NXT talent, such as Bianca Belair, to get noticed. With plenty room being made in the NXT women's division following the post-WrestleMania call-ups, someone like Aliyah could do with the platform.
Since being signed to WWE in March of 2015, the Canadian performer hasn't done too much during her three years in developmental. Aside from a losing effort on an episode of SmackDown Live, Aliyah has mainly been competing on NXT live events with her most recent televised appearance coming in a loss to Lacey Evans in January.
The only real competition left for the NXT women are Shayna Baszler, Nikki Cross, and Kairi Sane. The Mae Young Classic would be a great way to bring Aliyah back to NXT TV as an established name.
