Rocco Rock and Johnny Grunge made two mistakes in their career: jumping to WCW rather than the WWF in 1995- and then actually going to the WWF in 1999.

Vinnie Mac holds grudges.

A staple of ECW, Public Enemy partly popularized the hardcore, high-risk, brawling style that the WWF adopted in the Attitude Era. However, they were never recognized for inspiring the style because they were hated by their peers and bosses. They lasted only two months in WWE, as Bradshaw and Farooq took great pleasure in “running them out” of the company. Before a match on Sunday Night Heat, the Public Enemy allegedly asked to change the finish, which infuriated the Acolytes and caused them to mercilessly pummel the ECW originals.

After burning brides in WCW, ECW and the WWF, Public Enemy had no place left to go.
