10 Wrestlers Who Still Have Something To Prove In AEW
2. Nyla Rose
Nyla Rose has been given more opportunities than most of her peers on the women’s roster but hasn’t really excelled as a character or an in-ring talent.
The would-be monster heel hasn’t always looked as dominant as she should even in her own heat spots and is capable of sloppy work on occasion. Her one title run failed to offer many memorable moments to speak of.
Shoving “The Native Beast” under the wing of Vicky Guerrero hasn’t really been the difference maker the promotion perhaps hoped it would be. Meekly accepting Vicky’s slap to the face at Full Gear has only served to further dent her aura.
It isn’t time to write Nyla Rose off entirely. She still has plenty to offer but with AEW slowly investing in and swelling its women’s roster she probably needs to join the back of the queue for title shots and pay-per-view appearances.
